Let’s toast to St. Patrick’s Day with Signal Hill Whisky cocktails!
Lucky Signal
2 oz. | 60ml Signal Hill Whisky
2 ½ oz. | 75ml Cucumber Juice
½ oz. | 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. | 15ml Simple Syrup
Fever-Tree Cucumber Tonic
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a wine glass with ice and top with Fever-Tree Cucumber Tonic. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon skewer and a lime wheel.
Pot of Gold
1 oz. | 30ml Signal Hill Whisky
¾ oz. | 23ml Irish Mist Liqueur
½ oz. | 15ml Chartreuse MOF (Meilleurs Ouvriers de France)
¼ oz. | 8ml Aperol
½ oz. | 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
4-5 Mint Leaves
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and gently muddle. Add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a mint crown and a dehydrated lemon wheel.
Noir Sour
1.5 oz.| 45 mL Signal Hill Whisky
2 oz. | 60 mL Guinness
1/2 oz. | 15 mL Fireball
3/4 oz.| 22 mL Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. | 15 mL Simple Syrup
5 Dashes Angostura Bitters
In a cocktail shaker, dry shake the Guinness for 5 seconds to reduce the carbonation. Then add all other ingredients and vigorously shake over ice for 15 seconds. Remove ice and re-shake for 10 seconds. Double strain into stemmed glassware of choice. Add 3-5 drops of Angostura Bitters and garnish with lemon zest.
